Description
Up-rated Front Bumper for the Kamtec Mini Racer/Pro 1/12th Radio Controlled Car with the mounts.
The bumper is engineered to allow side impacts flow to the mounts, avoiding common issues with steering components breaking. It is designed to be mounted on the front chassis mounting, specifically with a Phat Bodies shell, however should accomodate other shells with some minor fettling.
TPU 95A is recommended when printing the bumper as other grades may proove too soft. An alternative would be to make the holes smaller before trying a more flexible grade. It's currently in the sweet spot for me.
PETG or favourably, PA-CF for the mounts. PLA won't hack it and PLA-CF is pointless.
You'll need two M3 nylock nuts, with two 15-20mm Countersunk M3 Bolts.
