This aerodynamic winglet was specifically designed by me for my Yamaha MT-07 Gen 2 (2018–2020) and mounts directly to the original factory mounting points.

 

The design uses the original screw location, ensuring a clean and reversible installation.
While the stock configuration uses three screws, this design is optimized to be securely mounted using only one original mounting screw — the remaining two screws are not required.

 

The smooth, organic surface was created in Fusion 360 using T-Spline surface modeling, providing a high-quality finish and optimized airflow.

🔧 Mounting

• Uses original OEM mounting point

🖨️ Print Settings (Recommended)

• Material: PETG
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended)
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Perimeters: 3–4 walls
• Print direction: facing Up (like shown in the picture)
• Supports: highly recomendet due to organic shape
