Drill Organizer

Removable drill organizer for your workshop.

The organizer holds drills in the sizes: 0.8 and 1 to 10 in 0.5mm steps.

The attached print profile is for a 0.2mm nozzle to get a nice result. On an X1C you can print the model with a 0.4mm nozzle but you will have to adjust the parameters for Initial Layer, Outer Wall and Inner Wall somewhere from 0.24 to 0.3 or else the diameter labels wont be printed correctly. For other printers I can't tell as this setting pushes the X1C pretty much to the edge. See the attached images for the results with 0.2mm and 0.4mm nozzle.

The slide mount is 0.2mm smaller and has a tight fit. Just remove and fit the organizer a couple times to clear the print roughness and it should be a perfect fit.

There is no clearance between organizer and mounting surface, so make sure the surface is smooth or you might have trouble fitting the organizer in.
