Bugani IPX5 Wireless Waterproof Speaker ( Cover )

This model is my  first CAD design and first upload. The goal of this build was to design a replacement cover for a speaker cover that broke using the part design workbench and linear array tool in freeCAD, export the STL and upload to the slicer for the g-code and print.  The old cover is shown in silver, the replacement (dark green) is printed using:

Printer: Creality K1 Max  ; Filament: Creality Hyper PLA-CF; Cooling:  with fans on; Nozzle Temp: first layer at 230C and remaining layers at 235C; Infill: I believe I set it to 75% infill; Wall Loops: 2;  Nozzle Size: 0.4mm ; Bed Temp: 55C ; Nozzle Type: Unicorn Quick Swap Hardened Steel ; Hot-end: upgraded ceramic with new heat stop block.

My printer has an upgraded fan shroud allowing me to print approximately 10C over the filament's recommendations thus I do for better layer adhesion.  You will need to use the old cover to mark the pilot holes on the new cover. It could be from when the speaker was damaged but the holes are not symmetric on this unit thus one orientation worked better than the other for install ( I flipped the cover over) and this is why I left the holes for screws off the model.  I added the freeCAD model in case changes are to be made.
