Precision Fit for ID. Buzz Cargo
This is a professional-grade mounting block designed specifically for the VW ID. Buzz Cargo and Cargo Pro. The base is engineered from a high-resolution 3D scan of the dashboard to ensure a 100% perfect fit to the interior contours.
Technical Specifications:
- Compatibility: Standard AMPS hole pattern (30x38 mm). Fits Brodit and other AMPS cradles.
- Vehicle: Fits Cargo and Cargo Pro models only (Left-Hand Drive). IF YOU PRINT A MIRRORED VERSION AND IT FITS YOUR RIGHT HAND DRIVE MODEL, THEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
Not compatible with "People/Pro" passenger versions. - Adhesive Ready: The center of the contour base is recessed by 0.5 mm to accommodate double-sided foam tape for a flush fit.
Required Hardware:
- Screws: 4 pcs. 4x12 mm countersunk wood screws. Usually provided with the cradle.
- Tape: 3M Automotive Acrylic Foam Tape (80317)  or Würth Power Tape (0894909004) is highly recommended.
Print Settings:
- Material: ASA or PETG (Required for heat resistance).
- Walls: Min. 3 loops for maximum screw grip.
- Infill: 10% gyroid should be enough.
- Supports: No support needed. Print the flat side down.
