Description

A compact handheld buzzer measuring approximately 50 mm × 12 mm. Features a simple one-button design and USB-C charging. Great for quiz games, classroom activities, events, maker projects, or as a fun pocket gadget to prank people.You can use it multiple times and lasts many hours on a single charge!

Parts you need:

  • USBC charger port
  • 3.7v 100mah lithium battery
  • wire
  • mini click button
  • 5v buzzer

 

Refer to this guide for the wiring:

 

 

 

 

Steps on assembly:

 

Step 1. Cut 5 cm of wire and solder it to the buzzer, then insulate the soldering points with hot glue. Cut off excess wire on the USBC port leaving only 3cm behind.

 

 

 

 

Step 2. Push both the buzzer and the USBC port into their respective cylinders.

 

 

Step 3. Push the red wire of the buzzer out of the square opening and cut off any excess of it.

 

 

Step 4.Connect the black wires and the two red wires on the right as shown in the picture and insulate only the black wires.

 

 

Step 5. Connect both the cylinders with glue and push both ends of the red wires out of the square opening.

 

 

 

Step 6. Solder the two red wire ends onto the switch.

 

 

 

Step 7. Push the button into the square opening and secure with glue. Your DIY Buzzer is complete!
