Description
Guide rail for some of Bosch's circular saws. It is modeled after the original part from Bosch and fully compatible with them. The locking mechanism works well. I recommend printing it in PETG since it's more slippery than PLA. But I have done some in PLA and it works just fine.
The TPU feet are not optional, they will need to be glued on and then cut in like with a normal guide rail. I used TPU 87A which seems to work well. You could try other materials but soft TPU is nice since it is quite grippy like the original rubber.
Building instruction:
While the locking mechanism worked fine in my tests, I would recommend to just epoxy the rails together if you don't really plan to use them in shorter configurations anyways. Use a straight edge for maximum precision when gluing.
