Lady and the Tramp Tags

Made up in Tinkercad in just a few minutes.  It's my first upload as I don't really know what i'm doing.  This is for my upcoming Disney trip.  I plan to Disney bound as some of my childhood favourites - Lady and the tramp, Mary Poppins etc.  But I couldn't find anything like this for Lady.  There is a 1mm hole that I plan to attach a metal ring (I got a lot in a pack from Amazon) then I'll add some blue ribbon.  They could work as ear-rings, necklaces/collars or I might use as a handbag charm.
