Description
Table saw push stick, with fence mount.
This is an evolution of a form I have used in my professional shops for over 40 years (previously made from wood).
Mounting it onto the fence is critical to make it very easy to see and grab on every appropriate cut.
The handle slope is carefully designed for leverage pushing forward and pushing down at the tip simultaneously.
It's large, but will fit on a H2D bed together with the fence mount. You could certainly scale it to fit your printer if needed.
Use any filament type but pick a bright ,contrasting color so it's conspicuous if it's not on the mount and ready. PLA is fine, no filament material would survive the saw. I have always told users that destroying a push stick is ok because it could have been their hand instead.
I have included a hole for wall hanging but that's just for the spare, the main one should always be at the saw.
