Description
This miniature diorama of Green Arrow in a dynamic pose. Fine and fragile elements have been reinforced or removed to improve printability while maintaining a high level of visual detail.
The model was designed to balance realism and ease of printing, making it suitable for PLA on standard desktop printers.
Key Design Optimizations
Bowstring removed to avoid fragile, unsupported lines
Thickened arrow shaft for increased strength and durability
Small cables and ultra-thin details simplified or removed
Increased contact points between the figure and the base for greater stability
Reinforced edges and thicker geometry throughout the model
Diorama base designed for clean printing with minimal supports
Recommended Printing Settings
Layer Height: 0.12–0.16 mm
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Walls: 3–4 perimeters
Infill: 15–20%

Supports: Required (Tree supports recommended)
Important Notes on Printing
Tree supports are highly recommended for the arms, bow, and hood area.
Remove supports slowly to preserve small surface details.
Pay special attention when removing supports near the hands and arch.
An edge is recommended for better grip on the print bed.
Post-Processing Tips
Light sanding and applying primer greatly improve the surface finish.
Matte paints and a dark wash enhance the textures of the roof.
The dry brush technique works very well on brick and concrete.
