ThermoPro Thermometer (and others) Tip Cover

ThermoPro Thermometer Probe Cover (2 Versions)

A simple, functional replacement probe cover (tip cover) for ThermoPro digital meat/cooking thermometers. Designed in TinkerCAD after the original cover went missing — as they so often do!

Two versions included:

Version 1 – Basic Probe Cover: A straightforward cap that fits snugly over the pointed probe tip to protect it during storage and transport.

Version 2 – Anti-Loss Probe Cover with Shaft Sleeve: This version adds a small tube/sleeve that slides onto the thermometer's shaft, keeping the cover tethered to the device so it can't get lost. The sleeve allows the cover to slide freely along the shaft while staying attached — no more misplaced covers!

Print Settings & Materials: Print with TPU 95A (or equivalent flexible filament) for best results. The elasticity of TPU ensures a snug, secure fit on the metal probe tip without being too tight to remove. Compatible with most 3D slicing software — tested with Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and Prusa Slicer.

Compatibility: Designed specifically for ThermoPro digital thermometers but should work with a wide range of similar probe-style thermometers that share comparable probe dimensions.

Files: STL format, ready to slice and print.
