Corner Connector for 20x20mm Profiles 3-Way Joint

This is a corner piece designed for 20x20 mm ITEM5 profiles, allowing three bars to come together cleanly in one solid joint. It’s perfect for building frames, enclosures, or custom constructions where you need a stable 3-way connection.

To secure the connector, you’ll need 3x M4 countersunk screws (one per profile). The screws pull everything together nicely and create a strong and clean-looking connection.

To make assembly easier, I also designed a small tool that helps you cut threads straight and clean into the ends of the profiles. It really helps to keep everything aligned and makes the whole process much more precise. You can find that tool on my profile. Just have a look :)

I’ve been using these connectors in my own builds, and they’ve worked great so far.
