Fidget Switch - Fully 3d Printed

This fidget toy is a fully 3D printed no extra parts required. It uses a over-center mechanism to get the crisp click and fidget factor. This model requires nothing except filament. Using only 4 parts and a quick 3 minute assembly, it makes it fun and easy to assembly. Once assembled it worked day after day to give you the fidget you need.

Notes

  • Designed for Pla
  • Prints in ~1 hour
  • No Supports
  • Make sure the spring has only walls and no infill (The cylinders on the spring are fine to have infill)

Assembly

  1.  With the spring and the lever push the spring into the farthest hole on the thicker side of the lever. Push down on the thinner side and slide the smaller pillar on the spring into place. Make sure the spring and rotate once in place

  2. Put the springs second taller pillar into the hole in the body closest the the back wall. Make sure the spring is all the way in the hole, then pull the lever way from the back wall until it fits into second pillar on the body. Make sure to hold the lever in place as it will want to snap out of place

  3. Slide the top on until the pillar on the top stops it. Then you need to get the lever to the middle (Make sure the pillar on the top part is not resting on the lever), then slide the top all the way back until you hear it click into the lever.
  4. Enjoy
