EVA3D toolhead for RatRig VC4 & 4.1

For the klicky duct I took the E34M1 design and modified it to fit on standard EVA. Although the alignment is not the best it is a little forward but it does cover the nozzle. 

As I was routing the belts I noticed the alignment was way off both in the front and back compared to EVA3. So I adjusted the belt alignment up 4.85mm to properly align with the VC4's motion system.

So here it is, hopefully this helps someone out.

Known issues* : Upper rear face_belt_grabber on the tensioner-less backplate needs minor filing down, (as seen in photo) I was too lazy to modify the part any more aha.

The heat set inserts for the TensionerlessBackplate may be a little tight, I designed them for 4.2mm inserts I had. I recommend pre drilling them with 3/16" bit. for 4.6mm inserts

Technically you only need:

-Front_universal_raised5mm

-TernsionerlessBackplate_raised5mm

All other parts are standard. 

Unless you want klicky in that case you need my klicky duct or to make your own.
