Universal Pipe Adapter & Reducer Generator  (Any Shape / Size / Offset)

This is a fully customizable, parametric pipe adapter generator. Whether you need to connect a circular vacuum hose to a rectangular dust port or create an offset reducer for ventilation, this tool has you covered.

Key Features:

• Any Shape Combination: Mix and match Circle, Square, and Rectangle for both ends.
• Smart Safety Angle: The generator automatically calculates the transition height to ensure a minimum 45° printing angle (no supports needed!).
• Inside/Outside Fit: Choose if your dimensions refer to the Inner Diameter (to fit over a pipe) or Outer Diameter (to fit inside a hole).
• Internal Stops: Optional ridges to prevent pipes from sliding too deep.
• Filleted Corners: Smooth rounded corners for rectangular profiles.
• Axis Offset: Shift the top profile in X or Y directions for tight spaces.

How to use:

1. Measure your pipes: Check the outer diameter of the pipe you want to insert OR the inner diameter of the hole you want to plug.
2. Select "Fit": * Use Inside (Hole) if you want to slide a pipe into the adapter.
   • Use Outside (Pipe) if you want the adapter to slide into another fitting.
3. Wall Thickness: Recommended 2.0mm - 3.0mm for most applications.
4. Stop Ridge: Turn it ON if you want a physical bump inside to stop the pipe at the flange.
