This modular press-fit stand stacks up to four cars vertically while keeping each vehicle clearly visible from the front and side. The design highlights each car while maintaining a compact footprint that fits easily on a desk, shelf, or display case.

 

Designed in Fusion 360 and optimized for Bambu Lab printers, the stand prints cleanly without supports and assembles with a precise press fit. No glue is required, allowing the stand to be assembled quickly while still remaining solid and stable.

 

Each tier uses angled wheel cradles that slightly elevate the car, improving visibility and creating a clean, organized display. The modular structure allows additional tiers to be stacked as your collection grows.

 

The system supports up to four tiers, though three tiers is the recommended configuration for ideal stability, viewing angles, and overall balance.

 

The base tier uses a slightly sharper angle, giving the display a more aggressive stance and improving visual balance when multiple tiers are installed.

 

All components are designed to press-fit together, allowing the stand to be assembled securely while still permitting disassembly if needed.

Printing Instructions

This model was printed on a Bambu Lab P1S using PETG-CF for increased rigidity and durability. The parts are designed to print reliably with no supports.

Recommended print settings:

• Printer: Bambu Lab P1S
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 20%
• Wall Loops: 5
• Supports: None required

• Material: PETG-CF recommended

   

All parts are designed to print flat on the build plate for optimal strength and surface quality. Recommended to use 3D Adhesive build plate glue.

Assembly Instructions

Assembly is quick and requires no glue or additional hardware.

1. Insert the vertical beam into the base stand.
2. Press the next tier mount onto the beam.
3. Repeat for additional tiers as desired.
4. Place the cars into the angled wheel cradles.

The parts are designed with a tight press-fit tolerance to create a stable structure once assembled.
