Description
This is a remix from a @Madizmo creation (I have his authorization to post this) : https://makerworld.com/en/models/1383911-h2d-dually-ams
After having printed a big riser for an entire week for my newly bought H2C (which used almost 4kg of filament), I then thought that it was too big for me. Then I saw the dual AMS setup by Madizmo and loved its small size and simplicity, but I needed to fit an AMS HT in the middle for my H2C Ultimate Combo, so I made a remix of his model letting a spot for one in the middle. I've also included a small riser to put the back of the AMS HT on and allow all the cables to pass under it like the two other AMS.
Then a bought a second AMS HT to be able to have the automatic refill function on my H2C Left Nozzle, so I made a second version fitting 2 AMS HT between the AMS 2 Pro. But be careful, for this double version you'll need 4 screws (M2x10) to attach the AMS 2 Pro to the middle part or they will fall over (They are not needed for the single HT version)
- This works for all H2 printers, so H2C, H2D and H2S
- I think this model fits only the AMS 2 Pro and not the AMS 1, but mines don't have the same number of fins on the sides, so I adapted my model fit both versions with 4 fins and 6 fins
- I added more 10mm rubber feets spot under the models to avoid any sliding of this setup (it works very well, but I think it's not necessary)
- For the single HT version, I let the original model's screw holes so you can add them if you want to fix everything together but they are not really needed as everything is already very much locked in place even without them
- For the double HT version you'll need 4 screws (M2x10) to attach the AMS 2 Pro to the middle part or they will fall over
- I printed the model in PETG for its heat resistance as the AMS/Printer can be hot, but I think you can print it in PLA too
