Description
I have designed from the ground up, new bin configurations for some very popular parts organizers by Stanley/DeWalt/Craftsman in their Deep Bin format. I 3D modeled and developed by using sketchup (No AI used) by measuring and then doing test prints for fit and finish. I did not like what I found on the internet for already designed bins and accessories for the DeWalt/Stanley/Craftsman Deep organizers so I decided to make my own.
Â
Popular Models of organizers these bins will fit: dwst14825, fmst14820, cmst14520. These bins may fit others not mentioned in the deep bin format.
Â
These bins may take a while to print and use more filament than other variations, but these are very sturdy and worthy of your personal or workplace workshop/garage/craft room, etc…
Â
NOTE: *Any nested perpendicular or parallel bin design I have included will only work with one of the included printed Single, Double, or Triple Bin prints.
Â
I have maxed out the amount of plates (36) I can do in a .3mf and I will add some print profiles later on some bins I did not include.
Â
Plate 1: Standard (Double - Deep Bin)
Plate 2-9: Shallow Bin Inserts to use in the Double - Deep bin (Plate 1) perpendicular. Plate 7 is not meant to be perpendicular and just used as a direct drop in.
Plate 10-17: Deeper Bin Inserts to use in the Double - Deep bin (Plate 1) perpendicular. Plate 15 is not meant to be perpendicular and just used as a direct drop in.
Plate 18-23: Double - Deep Bins in various configurations. Meant as direct bin replacement in organizers.
Plate 24-30: Single - Deep Bins single compartment with various insert configurations.
Plate 31-36 - Triple - Deep Bins in various configurations.
Â
These bins fit very will in the mentioned Stanley/DeWalt/Craftsman organizers using PETG and PLA. The photos I have included are all printed in PETG using SUNLU's high speed matte PETG filament.
Â
I have personally tried these bins in a Craftsman XL Pro 12 Compartment Deep Organizer.
