Drilling Dust Vacuum Adapter - Fits Bosch Series 8

An adaptation of a drilling dust collector for Bosch Series 8 Vacuums. It works with the original clip System.

 

The dimensions of the nozzle are:

Inner diameter: 35 mm

wall thickness: 2 mm

Maximum diameter of the tool: 70 mm (35 mm away from the wall)

Maximum drill diameter: 30 mm

 

To make the clip work you will need a compression spring with 7 mm diameter. I used a 7x12.5x0.5 mm spring. I haven't really tested any other springs.
Suggested to print in PETG with the predefined Orientation for best print quality. 
To fit the original Design you can print the clip in silver aswell.
