Ford W714915-S300 Headlamp nut-Printed Version

I have lost, damaged, broken, or otherwise vanished about 50 of these things over the years and I'm tired of working up janky solutions for it. This fits the OE T30 screw for headlamps for any vehicle that uses this (W714915-S300) part number J nut for retaining headlamps. I use it for my Focus, but it fits multiple vehicles that retain their headlamps with these nuts.

 

OPTIMIZED VERSIONS ADDED. These have a shorter print time, and a little larger fitment for the screw threads, so they feel much closer to the OEM fit when used. The top part of the clip prints more vertically for print reliability. Still 6 walls and still designed to be printed with ABS/ASA.

 

These are designed to be printed with ASA/ABS, so VOC precautions are recommended for printing. The file is for 5 clips, but most vehicles only use 2. I like having spares. If you don't, there is a second profile with 2, and a third with 4.
