Multi-Channel Wall Pass-Through

This 3D printable wall pass-through system is designed for clean and organized routing of water pipes and electrical conduits through masonry walls.

The design is based on a 68 mm core drill diameter, which matches the standard size for electrical installation boxes in Germany (used for switches and sockets). This makes installation quick and compatible with common tools.

💡 Smart Design:

The guide for the 50 mm water pipe is intentionally offset (not centered).
By combining two guides, you can easily create a slope (gradient) for proper water drainage.

🧱 Installation:

1. Drill a 68 mm hole through the wall (Use a core drill for a perfect hole)

2. Feed pipes and conduits through the guides

3. Insert all in the hole

4. Seal everything with PU foam via the injection holes
