Dustopper to DeWalt Hose Adapter

An adapter for connecting a DeWalt shop vacuum 1-7/8" hose to a Dustopper cyclone separator.

The DeWalt hose has a locking tab that locks into the port of the vacuum, but otherwise the insertion depth is quite shallow.. The Dustopper doesn't have that locking notch, so the hose falls out pretty easily. I designed this adapter to fix that. It adds a locking notch for the hose tab to click into, just like on the vacuum, and holds the hose steady. The Dustopper side is friction-fit.
