L-Gauge 37.5mm Outdoor Track System (Straight & Curve Sections)

This is a modular L-Gauge track system built to a precise 37mm gauge, designed specifically for outdoor use with PETG filament. The design focuses on durability, clean alignment, and smooth operation in real-world conditions.

The track is printed in three distinct parts for both strength and visual realism:

• Gray base for structural support
• Brown ties for a realistic look
• Black rails for clean wheel contact

All components are designed to assemble into a sturdy, weather-resistant track system.

Track Options:

• Straight sections:
  • Length: 320mm
• Curved sections:
  • Angle: 30° per segment
  • Radius: 500mm
  • Full circle: 12 segments (1 meter centerline diameter)

Base Variants:

Three base types are included to support flexible layouts:

• Straight-to-Straight
• Curve-to-Curve
• Curve-to-Straight (Left & Right transitions)

These allow smooth transitions and proper alignment between track types.

Assembly:

Assembly is required. Hardware needed:

• M3 screws (8mm length)
• Matching M3 nuts

Fasten rails and ties securely to the base for best alignment and durability.

Print Recommendations:

• Use Bambu Handy default PETG profile
• No supports required

For best results, print rails, ties, and base in their intended colors:

• Base: Gray
• Ties: Brown
• Rail: Black
