• GT2 idler pulley 20T, 10mm width, 5mm bore
• M5 hex bolt – 30mm
• M5 nut
• 2x M5 washers (between pulley and bracket)
• M4 hex bolt – 50mm (tension adjustment)
• M4 nut

🧩 How it works

The idler pulley is mounted on an M5 bolt inside the carriage.
The entire pulley block moves linearly using an M4 screw, allowing precise belt tension adjustment.
