This is designed for the new “Hex Bolt” style of pipe adapter that comes with the Starlink Mini. I do not know if it fits the older “Thumb Screw” style of adapter. You can leave the Starlink base attached to the flagpole to easily clip and unclip the Starlink Mini Dish from the flagpole. 

I recommend printing this in PETG or ABS for prolonged outdoor life and UV resistance.
