AVID AV40S/AV70S/83MM Dust Shoe with Air assist

AVID CNC AVx0S Spindles - Simple to print dust shoe for the AVID smart spindles. The shoe comes in 3 pieces, the main shoe with pass through for air assist and nozzles, the dust collection box, and a dust skirt ring with guide holes to direct the air nozzles.

This is printed using the 0.20mm strength profile with 4 walls and 25% infill. I've set support with a 10% threshold angle to make sure no support is printed inside the ring where the 4" dust hose clamp slides into. There is a gap between the lower section of the main body and the clamping section to allow for compression around the spindle which does need support.

This requires the following items for assembly:

1 @ 4" dust collector hose clamp
24 @ 3/8x1/8 N42/N52 magenets - 12 between the main shoe and dust box and 12 between the dust box and dust skirt ring
2 @ 1/4 npt female to 1/4 ptc elbow
2 @ 1/4 npt male to 1/8 npt female
2 @ 1/8 npt threaded 1/4 loc-line 41405
2 @ 1/4 loc-line 1/16 nozzle 41402
1 @ 1/4 ptc to 1/4 ptc elbow
1 @ 1/4 ptc t-adapter
