Description
Lembox Joy is a reinterpretation of the original Lembox.
Where the first version leaned into naturalism — realistic proportions and a faithful peel texture — Joy pushes the form further. The silhouette becomes rounder, more expressive, and the texture more pronounced.
The interior gets its own character too: a removable inner plate shaped like a lemon slice. Unlike the original’s functional insert, this one is primarily decorative. The openings between segments won’t hold liquids, but they add a satisfying visual layer when the container is opened. Prefer a clean interior? Simply leave it out.
Another addition is a bayonet connection between lid and base, giving a more confident and tactile closure. Both versions are included — with and without the bayonet.
The model is slightly larger than the original Lembox, comfortably fitting bigger lemons. Though, as always, it stores whatever you like — or works just as well as a decorative object.
NotOnlyLemon storage.
Print profiles for 0.08 mm and 0.12 mm layer heights are included. If print time is a concern, standard slicer settings with your printer’s speed modes will work just fine.
Printed on a Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack. If you're using a textured plate, ensure good adhesion for the lid — enable inner brim only if needed.
For a softer surface finish, try enabling fuzzy skin with low values — the texture responds well to it.
For the best visual result, print the outer shell in matte yellow PLA and the inner plate in a lighter or contrasting filament — the slice pattern benefits from color separation.
