LED Lamp / Projector Filter Frame for PDR

This is a parametric frame for LED lamp / projector filters, designed to help create custom filter inserts for different use cases such as PDR stripe filters or colored light filters.

In my case, I made it as a PDR filter with vertical stripes, which helps with detecting and repairing dents on car body panels.
Additional reference: the filter was made for a GTV VT-100 lamp, but the design itself is not limited to this model.

Most dimensions are controlled using User Parameters, so you can easily adjust the model to fit your own lamp or projector size.

For my filter insert, I used:

• 1 mm acrylic sheet taken from a photo frame
• frosted glass vinyl film
• vinyl stripe elements cut on a plotter (black stripes + one red stripe)

Everything was assembled using double-sided tape.

Print settings / notes:

• Infill pattern: Gyroid
• Supports: Build plate only
• Support gap: 0.1 mm from the object
• Supports were placed manually

This design is meant to be a flexible base for making your own custom filter frames, whether for PDR work or other lighting applications.
