TTRPG Companion Mug

Welcome!

Ive always loved TTRPG dice tower mugs, but the one thing i found lacking was the customisation options… so i made this!

I offer you the “TTRPG Companion Mug” a can cozy, dice tower mug that supports 330ml, 440ml and 500ml cans. The included dice vault and booster gives you the option to easily carry an extra 2 sets of dice and depending on your drink of choice boost it to the optimal drinking level. Use the whole dice vault for 300ml cans, just the lid for 440ml cans or nothing at all for 500ml cans.

 

The sleeve of the TTRPG Companion Mug is real difference here. In the STL files you'll find a high resolution blank that I offer to the community to mod to their hearts desire. Come up with your best designs and share them in return. Put it in Blender (or your program of choice) and map your texture and designs to it. Customise it for your group, your guild, your character, your personality or whatever else you can think of. 

If you dont feel like doing any 3D work, then feel free to paint it or use stickers.

 

Once you've placed your sleeve on, ensure that the key (the little notch in the bottom) aligns with the key on the mug by the handle to keep the sleeve from rotating or moving. Then you can slip the support ring on top of it to ensure that the handle is well supported.

 

The handle also serves as your dice tower. The inside is ribbed to ensure that your dice tumble well during their travel, and they will then land safely in the dice pen without knocking any of the minis off the map.

 

The base of the mug is flaired to help ensure the mug is tip resistant and stop any accidental spills.

 

Printing Information:

• Easy Print: Designed to print exactly as it looks with zero support material required. The internal geometry was designed to require no supports. Please dont enable supports for the mug, as removing them from the dice chute is a pain.
  • The mug was designed to be 3 walls thick with a 0.4 nozzle. If possible use PETG to ensure that the mug is stiff and durable.
• Simple Assembly: The sleeve locks onto the tower with a single mechanical key—just slide it on and you're ready to play.

 

License & Remixing Policy

This project is released under CC BY-NC-ND to protect the internal engineering and dice-rolling mechanics. However, I want to see your creativity!

The Sleeve Exception: I explicitly grant permission for the Sleeve component to be modified, sculpted, and remixed. If you create a custom sleeve for this chassis:

1. You may upload and share your custom sleeves.
2. You must link back to this original "Chassis" so users can download the functional Mug/Dice Tower.
3. Please do not re-upload or modify the TTRPG Companion Mug files.
