Print in Place "Pop-up" Catapult

This pop-up catapult prints in place, the only extra part needed is a rubber band. Though even if you don't have a rubber band, you can still launch manually!

Note: Before printing you may want to test your printer's tolerance for print in place hinges. To do that, you can use my Print in Place Tolerance Test model. By default, the catapults have 0.2mm of tolerance between separate parts. You can adjust the tolerance using PrusaSlicer's XY compensation setting.

You can print this in PLA or PETG.

When printing via the 3mf file, you should import it into PrusaSlicer as a single object having multiple parts. I would recommend at least 25% infill on the arm, 15% for everything else is fine. In PrusaSlicer you can do this by right clicking on the “Arm” part in the pane on the right, and selecting “Infill”, this will allow you to change the Fill density of just a single part at a time.
