Mobile Lift Column Hoist

Welcome to the mobile column lift model! I recommend gel glue in several spots for construction. 

MAIN FRAME:

 - Glue the CONTROL CABINET to the FRAME - the guide slots should be used to align the cabinet vertically

 - Glue the FORKLIFT POCKET the POCKET BRACKET - make sure the alignment wedge shape fits in

 - Glue the completed forklift pocket and pocket bracket to the alignment tabs on the Control Cabinet

CARRIAGE FRAME:

 - Glue the 4 GUIDE ROLLERS into the four holes in the CARRIAGE 

 - Insert the completed CARRIAGE assembly into the COLUMN FRAME - The Carriage should have the horizontal foot toward the bottom

 - Glue the UPPER STOP BAR at the top of the completed column frame - This will lock in the movable carriage in the frame

PALLET MECHANISM:

 - Glue the HANDLE to the PALLET ARM

 - Glue the handle bar to the PALLET LIFT CYLINDER

 - Glue one PALLET WHEEL to either side of the pallet cylinder

 - Glue the PALLET MOUNT BRACKET to the pallet lift cylinder

 - Glue the completed pallet handle mechanism to the column frame using the horizontal alignment marks

BEACON LIGHT: 

 - Glue the BEACON LIGHT to the top of the control cabinet

LIFT FORKS:

 - Drop the yellow LIFT FORKS on to the travel slots on the lift carriage. make sure the forks are opened to the center to accept the vehicle wheel
