Drill Bit Handle for Bambu Tungsten Set

Bambu tungsten drill bits are excellent quality and hard to match. It’s not easy to find such precise sizes in typical DIY stores, especially when you need exact diameters for tasks like calibrating 2 or 3 mm holes for dowel pins, or slightly enlarging an existing hole.

BambuLab also offers an aluminium handle for these bits, but it’s often sold out. The original is excellent quality and definitely worth getting when it becomes available. In the meantime, this printable handle is designed as a practical alternative. While a 3D printed version can’t fully match the original, it works well as a temporary solution.

The handle is sized very close to the original, providing a familiar grip and good control for precision work. Size is altered only to make it stronger for printing. Ideal for workshop use, quick adjustments, and fine fitting tasks.
