This is a simple and practical 3D printable mount designed to discreetly hide an AirTag-style tracker from Aliexpress on your bicycle.
📍 Design concept
Instead of placing the tracker under the saddle (which isn’t always possible), this design mounts behind the rear light, keeping it:
- Hidden from sight
- Protected from casual removal
- Easy to install using existing mounting points
🔧 Installation
- The mount is secured using the existing screws of your rear bike light
- Standard screw spacing: 80 mm (center-to-center)
- No additional mounting hardware required for attaching to the bike
🧩 Assembly
- Insert your Aliexpress tracker into the enclosure
- Close the lid
- Secure the lid using M3 x 6 mm screws (2x)
That’s it — no glue, no inserts, no extra parts needed.

- Compatible rear light with 80 mm mounting hole spacing
- Aliexpress tracker (Square, +/- 37mm)

- Material: PLA or PETG
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 20–30%
