Key Features:
- High Load Capacity: Successfully tested with a 300 kg load on a bench (the primary limit is the strength of the steel bolt).
- Angular Adjustment: The base allows for a 7° tilt (articulation) to perfectly adapt to uneven or sloped ground.
- Self-locking effect: The bolt is tapped securely into the upper pivot. It stays firmly in place without wobbling or unscrewing, while the joint remains fully articulated and free to tilt.
- 3 Variants: Separate print profiles are available for M6, M8, and M10 threads.
Printing Recommendations:
- Material: I highly recommend ASA for outdoor use or ABS for indoors. Avoid PLA as it becomes brittle over time under constant load.
- Settings: Thicker layers mean higher strength. I recommend at least 0.2 mm layer height (ideally 0.24–0.28 mm), and the higher the infill, the better.
- Assembly: All you need is a set of wrenches and a thread tap. Assembly takes about 5 minutes for all 4 feet. It's not rocket science! .-)
