This is a single-slot knurled peptide vial holder designed from the ground up specifically for 3ml vials. I designed this to be as compact and minimalistic as possible, providing a rugged, secure, and professional way to protect individual vials while maintaining a slim profile for easy storage or transport.

 

The case features a threaded closure system, ensuring your vial is securely locked inside without external hardware.

 

Design Details

  • Fits 1 Single Peptide Vial: Sized specifically for 3ml vials (17mm diameter) with caps.
    • Works perfectly with my 3ml Peptide Vial Cap
  • Threaded Secure Closure: Low-tolerance threads ensure the lid stays on tight, keeping your vial safe.
  • Knurled Texture: Features a high-quality knurled exterior for a premium look and superior grip when opening.
  • Material: Recommended in PETG for long-term durability, though PLA and PLA+ work perfectly fine.

 

Print Settings

  • Filament: PETG (Recommended), PLA+, or PLA.
  • Walls: 3
  • Infill: 10% (Gyroid recommended)
  • Supports: Designed to print without supports.
  • Orientation: Print with the openings facing up for the cleanest thread results.

 

Usage

 

This design is a simple two-piece assembly. Once printed, simply place your 3ml vial inside the base and screw the knurled lid on until finger-tight. The tolerances are tuned to ensure a smooth but firm closure.
