Olight ArkPro and ArkPro Ultra Updated

I expanded on user Bsp318i's model, and made access to the light dial easier as the lip of the cover made it a tad challenging to cycle the light modes. 

I also adjusted the access to the pocket clip on the back widening the beginning of the clip point, and removing, and making a slight ramp where the clip slides in pockets easier. I mainly did this for personal uses but also saw the potential for others to be interested. I also scaled the model from 100% to 100.5% this was just enough to add in filament shrinkage depending on brand. I was able to get a snug fit with Priline TPU 98A.
