Longer LK4 X Belt Tensioner

This is a remix of the CR-10 X-axis belt tensioner made by Cornely_Cool.

I did some refitting and extension to fit my Longer Lk4 as well as a resizing of the screw to 98% to adjust for my printer inaccuracies. Nonetheless I adjusted the length in the middle of the screw to make sure everything fits.

You do not need any extra mechanical parts, just reuse the same screws and F688 bearing of the original printer.

The tensioner knob is available in the original file of Cornely_Cool - any of those will fit.
