Avatar MTG Teapot 100 ct. Double Sleeved Deck Box

Do you love running Iroh, Tea Master as your commander? Then you need this teapot 100-count double sleeved commander MTG deck box!

 

Materials Needed:

6x3mm magnets -  Amazon link

Your Glue of choice. I prefer to use Stick Fast CA Thick adhesive with Mitreapel AC400 activator.

Assembly Instructions:

The magnets are glued into place. Make sure your magnets are placed correctly! It's easy to accidentally flip one when gluing it into place in the opposite piece. To avoid mistakes, I typically glue all of the magnets into one side first. Then just put the opposing magnet on top of the magnets you just glued into place. Use something like a sharpie or other method of marking the top of the magnet so it's easy to identify which side needs to be place into the whole in the lid. Doing them one at a time avoids mistakes.

The handle and spout are glued onto the base. I'll warn you, I designed the handle to be a tight fit, but I wanted it to really grip the base/glue. Once the glue is set I was able to lift the whole thing with a full deck inside of it by the handle, however I wouldn't recommend this as a way of carrying it. Relying on the glue long term I'm sure would lead to failure somewhere. I would treat it more of a decoration handle then a functional handle. I'll probably release a version 2 that has the handle, spout, and base all one solid piece for those that may want a more functional handle.
