Bosch GST Air Assist

This 3D-printed Air Assist mod redirects the motor’s exhaust airflow toward the cutting area, helping clear sawdust from the cut line for better visibility and more precise work.

It uses the existing airflow generated by the jigsaw—no extra fans, tubing, or power required. The internal channel guides air from the motor exhaust down to the blade area, creating a constant passive airflow while the tool is running.

The part mounts using three M3x12mm screws and existing holes in the GST housing. It features integrated expanding legs that secure the piece in place as the screws are tightened, similar to a wall anchor, ensuring a firm and stable fit without modifying the tool.

Simple, effective, and fully reversible.
