This is a custom-designed, sleek mount for the Garmin Varia radar, specifically engineered to match the aerodynamic profile of the Bianchi Oltre XR3 seatpost. This version is designed for a completely tool-free and screwless installation, maintaining the clean lines of your Italian aero bike.

⚠️ Important: Print Profiles & Tolerances Since different materials shrink differently during cooling, I have provided 3 print profiles with different internal tolerances to ensure a perfect fit:

1. Profile 1 (Tightest): Recommended for materials with low shrinkage (some PETG brands).
2. Profile 2 (Medium): Standard tolerance. Recommended for PETG (depending on manufacturer).
3. Profile 3 (Widest): Optimized for ASA and PA-CF, which have higher shrinkage rates.

Note: If you use the default printer profiles for these materials, the fit should be perfect. For PETG, choose Profile 1 or 2 based on your specific filament brand.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: Optimized for ASA, PA-CF, and PETG.
• Infill: 100%.
• Layer Height: 0.16 mm – 0.20 mm.
• Supports & Brim: These are already pre-configured in the print profiles for the Garmin insert area. No additional setup is needed.
