Millennium Scales (Functional)

So I was very disappointed that all the Millennium Scales I could find were just… solid and didn't move. So, I cut one up and made it work. Is it PERFECTLY balanced? No. No it isn't. But it is close enough to function and tilts appropriately when weights are placed on plates. File includes chain and hooks to hang the plates as well.

I also included two different ways to print the plates, since I had problems with the “rings” when printing the Millennium Ring. There is one version where the loops print as part of the plate, and another where you can glue the rings on later. Whichever works best for you.
