Aixtac Battery Relocation System (ABRS) – for Goggles 3

A simple and practical solution to relocate the battery pack from your Goggles 3 to your helmet.

This design attaches to standard ARC rails and uses a combination of a mechanical interface and a bungee retention system to keep the battery securely in place. The goal is to improve weight distribution and reduce the front-heavy feel of the goggles.

The design is intentionally kept minimal, lightweight, and easy to print while still being reliable in real-world use.

🖨 Printing Notes

• Recommended materials: PETG, ABS, PA6-CF
• PLA works for testing but is not recommended for long-term outdoor use
• Supports:  not required
• Adjust print orientation depending on your strength requirements
• use at least five walls and a higher infill

🛠 Assembly

• Requires elastic cord (bungee)
• No special tools needed
