Subaru TGV Block Off Plate

When doing a DIY TGV delete on a Subaru, there are a few different approaches you can take:

• Remove only the butterfly plates and leave the rod and motors in place
• Remove the butterfly plates and rod, while keeping the motors connected
• Remove the butterfly plates, rod, and motors entirely

If you choose to remove the motors, it leaves an empty opening behind. To clean this up and give it a more finished appearance, I scanned the factory motors and designed a simple block off plate to suit.

Since these will be installed in the engine bay, I recommend printing them in Nylon or another high heat resistant material. ASA CF may also work, but use it with caution and at your own risk.
