Customizable Pergola Post Base — Parametric

A fully parametric mounting base for pergola, gazebo and fence posts.

Default specs

• 160 × 160 × 50 mm footprint
• 8 mm corner radius
• 3 × Ø11 mm through-holes for M10 bolt anchors (L-pattern, 130 mm hole spacing)
• ~1.35 kg in ASA at 100 % infill (lighter with sensible infill)

Customizer parameters

Recommended print settings

• Filament: ASA (UV-stable, outdoor-grade) — Black or Anthracite
• Layer height: 0.20 mm
• Walls: 4 perimeters, 30 % gyroid infill
• Bed: 100 °C, Engineering Plate + glue, brim 5 mm
• Chamber: active heating recommended (Bambu H2C / X1C / P1S enclosed)
• Fuzzy Skin: External walls only, distance 0.6 mm, thickness 0.25 mm
  — gives a powder-coated metal look that matches typical anthracite RAL 7016 hardware

Notes

• Designed for static/decorative use under standard pergola posts. For load-bearing
  applications (high wind exposure, large spans), confirm structural adequacy or
  use over a metal anchor as a cover.
• Hole pattern is asymmetric (L-shape) by design — fits standard 3-bolt
  anchor plates. Switch to 4-hole layout in customizer if needed.
