Tips The notch positions can be fine-tuned for difficult fonts or special cases. Some letters (like i, j, or separated script fonts) may contain floating or disconnected parts depending on the selected font. In those situations, reducing letter spacing or enabling the Baseline Bridge option can help significantly. Interlock notches work very well for alignment, but for a permanent assembly it is still recommended to add a couple drops of glue. The Separate Parts mode is ideal for printing clean multi-color models without filament swaps. Very extreme settings may technically work, but balanced proportions usually produce better visual and printing results. Very thin base thickness values may reduce rigidity depending on the shelf size. If using wall mounting, make sure the wall screws are properly anchored depending on your wall material. For best print quality, print the visible front face directly on the build plate when using Separate Parts mode. For stronger keyhole areas, please refer to my print profile: it shows how to use modifiers around the keyholes to reinforce them. You can enable supports for the rear keyholes and for the male notches if needed (These supports are very small and usually easy to remove).
