Root Token Capslues

This model is related to my Ultimate Root Organizer system. 

WARNING: Please read all the entire description before printing!

This is a semi-permeant modification to the game tokens. It can be undone, but can cause damage to the original tokens if not done properly. 

The process of encapsulating the tokens can be dangerous if the printer knocks one out of the housing during printing. 

Test on extra tokens. Don't rush!

Continue at your own risk.

Setup

Duplicate the desired token for as many as you need. I suggest a max batch size of 5, any more and you risk tokens flying out before the printer can encapsulate them. 

The print file has a pause at this layer. When the print pauses, put the tokens in with the domed side down. 
 

You'll see that each token has a flat side and a domed side from where they were cut out. You want the flat side facing up.

IMPORTANT: The token should be a snug fit. If its not' you'll need to slightly scale the model. If the token is too lose, you risk it flying out when the print head's fans move overhead. If it's too tight, you will split the top layer of the token when inserting it. TEST FIRST. 

If you have multiple expansions, tokens from different manufacturing runs can differ slightly. 

Take it slow, don't rush, its worth it.
