Description
If you want the numbers colored, change filament at layer 5 and 20. For the ones I printed, I printed layers 5-20 in white to make the “3” easier to see.
I developed this Magnet pencil to insert 3 x 2mm magnets after realizing how hard it is to hold on to them. Having two pencils with opposing polarity takes all the guess work out of placing magnets into your prints and ensures that lids have the correct polarity.
To assemble, insert one 3 x 2mm magnet into the end of one of the pencils and tap it in. It should sit flush with the tip. To create the other pen with opposite polarity, place a magnet on the assembled pencil and then insert the magnet into the other pen. Tap the magnet flush. This will create opposing polarity pencils to help ensure you're placing your magnets into your 3D prints correctly.
Printed in SUNLU PLA+ 2.0.
