Derya TM22 Buffer Tube to 1913 Picatinny Rail Adapter
Replace the factory buffer tube on your Derya TM22 (or RIA rebrand) with a 1913 Picatinny rail interface. This opens the rifle up to the huge world of Picatinny-mount stocks — folding stocks, fixed stocks, braces — instead of being stuck with buffer-tube furniture.
It threads into the same port the factory tube uses and presents a standard 1913 rail tang. Direct, reversible swap: unthread it anytime to go back to stock.
Print settings
- Material: Structural part on a firearm. The 3MF is set up in PLA-CF, but PETG is the smart choice for range use. Skip plain PLA.
- Nozzle / layer height: 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height
- Walls: 4+ perimeters
- Infill: 50%+ (solid in the threaded/rail sections if you can)
- Orientation: Print the threaded section upright, and the rail on a 45° angle.
Assembly
- Press the nuts into the buffer adapter; glue if necessary.
- Run a test print of the threaded part first to confirm a good fit before committing to the full print.
Fitment notes
- Hand-thread the adapter to check fit. The TM22 thread matches AR buffer-tube pitch, but you may need to clean printed threads.
- Confirm your stock clears the receiver and charging handle before live fire.
- Hand-cycle the bolt fully to the rear before firing to make sure nothing binds.
