AeroGarden Pole Clamp

This is a pole clamp replacement for the AreoGarden Harvest Elite

 

This model includes two profiles, but you don’t have to print both. You can choose based on your preferences. The clamp in Kit A is printed as a single piece but requires supports. The clamp in Kit B is in two parts and does not require supports, but must be glued together.

Instructions

Recommendation

The clamp exerts a constant force on the pole. Therefore, it is recommended to use PETG or ABS.

 

I used an M4 x 25 mm screw that fits my part perfectly. If the tolerances of your printer are slightly different and the screw is too loose, you can opt for an M4 x 30 mm screw and use a nut to hold it in place.

 

It is advised that you replace the lever and tightening block as well, not just the clamp. These parts are almost identical to the original ones, but slight variations in size could result in a different clamping force and cause the piece to break.

Notes

It as been tested with the model no. 100691-BSS. There are similar versions of this part that may be compatible with other models, but this has not been verified. Be sure to check your device model before printing.
