These two-part "techno" disposable nametags feature a reusable base and interchangeable snap-on labels. Because the labels cut the text completely through the front face, they use very minimal material (around 2-3 grams) and are perfect as single-use identifiers for events, meetings, or dinners. You can simply toss or recycle the labels afterward and keep the sturdy stands for repeated use!

⚠️ Important Requirement: The label_length and stand_length must be exactly the same for the sliding snap-on mechanism to fit together correctly.

Parametric Customization

The built-in configurator allows for extensive visual and structural changes:

• Label Options: Modify the text string, adjust the total length from 10mm to 200mm, tweak the text size, and set the faceplate thickness.
• Stand Options: Change the arm angle anywhere from 30 to 85 degrees, adjust the base depth for better stability, and customize the arm length and thickness.
• Positioning & Fit: Shift the arm position along the base via a percentage slider and adjust the rail_tolerance to ensure a smooth, perfect slide-in fit for your specific printer.

Objects, Colors & Materials

• Objects: The generator produces 2 distinct objects—the label and the base stand.
• Colors: By printing the objects separately, you can easily mix and match colors (e.g., a black stand with a white label). Because the text is fully cut out, the color of the stand or the background environment naturally highlights the name.
